Attorney Louann Bronstein Joins HunterMaclean’s Corporate Practice Group

HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm with offices in Savannah and Brunswick, is pleased to announce that Louann Bronstein has recently joined the firm as a partner in the corporate practice group.

Bronstein focuses her practice in the field of corporate law, with extensive experience working with major corporations, middle market, and closely held companies ranging from start-up businesses to internationally recognized companies. Her expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions is wide-ranging; she has closed many major deals representative of the full spectrum of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and consolidations.

Bronstein earned her Juris Doctor Degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as the associate editor of the Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has received numerous awards for her work, including an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2016 for legal ability and ethical standards.

Bronstein and her family recently relocated to Savannah from Atlanta, where she was an active member of her community. She participated in many charitable and civic organizations, including the finance committee of Arbor Montessori School and the boards of directors for the Metro-Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Belgian American Chamber of the South.
