Collins Construction Services Inc. has recently hired Kevin Rideout as a Project Manager to handle cost and budget control as well as schedule and subcontractor coordination. His primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

“Kevin brings unique skills to our team and we’re glad to have him on board,” said Dawn Morgan, CEO and Owner of Collins Construction. “He has experience in every phase of the construction industry and his expertise will help propel our firm forward as we take on a variety of projects.”

Rideout has more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, specializing in multi-family, assisted living and memory care facilities, educational facilities and hotel construction. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Building Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design from the Hall Institute of Technology. He also has a Professional Certificate in Management Construction from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.  

Collins Construction Services Inc. has also recently hired Elizabeth Concepcion as a Project Engineer. She will assist project managers throughout the construction process and along with the business development team with marketing and operational projects.

Concepcion has 15 years’ experience in finance and marketing development. She has a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Armstrong Atlantic University.
