The Father Daughter Team of David Rubnitz and Heather Rubnitz Willingham at Ebenconcepts were recently recognized by the National Association of Health Underwriters for their exceptional professional Knowledge and client service.  Heather was awarded the Eagle award for the second consecutive year as a member of the Leading Producers Round Table which is made up of the top health Insurance Brokers in the Country.  David was awarded the Soaring eagle for the 11th consecutive year.

  The Leading Producers Round Table has 5 levels of recognition of which the Eagle is the 3rd highest and the Golden Eagle is the top level of achievement.  David is the Managing Director and Heather is the associate Managing Director of the local Ebenconcepts office.  Ebenconcepts is employee benefits consulting firm that offer employee benefits, Benefits administration, HRIS systems and payroll systems.  David has been in the business for 31 years and Heather for 9 years.
