Cora Bett Thomas Realty/CBT Commercial recently awarded David Minkovitz its top Georgia commercial sales award for 2017. Minkovitz was honored at the company’s annual broker’s breakfast held at Palmetto Bluff in early January 2018.
 
Minkovitz represents clients as a licensed real estate professional buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate in coastal Georgia and South Carolina. He has been the top leasing agent of the Savannah retail sector for the past five years.
 
An active community volunteer, Minkovitz is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Savannah/Hilton Head, the Savannah Multiple Listing Service and the Savannah Downtown Business Association. He has also benefited local charities including the Greenbriar Children's Center, St. Joseph's Children's Place, Ronald McDonald House, and The Savannah Union Mission.
