Hussey Gay Bell announces Mr. Christopher M. Caudle, AIA as a Principal and Officer for the architectural division of the firm.

An employee of Hussey Gay Bell since 2014, Mr. Caudle has more than 22 years of experience specializing in the planning and design of higher education, K-12, municipal, industrial, military, healthcare and liturgical projects throughout the southeast.  Mr. Caudle is currently leading Hussey Gay Bell's architectural design efforts for Savannah-Chatham County Public School System's new $55 million Jenkins STEM High School, Gwinnett County Public Schools' new Meadowcreek Cluster Elementary School, renovations to Barrow County School System's Apalachee High School, as well as DeKalb County School District's 40,800 SF addition for Chamblee Charter High School and 600-seat auditorium for Cedar Grove High School.  Career projects of note include: Pooler's new $18 million Municipal Complex, Richland School District Two's $61 million Westwood High School and $27 million Dent Middle School, as well as Dorchester School District Two's $37 million K-8 campus.

As Principal, Mr. Caudle will continue to oversee the design efforts for Hussey Gay Bell's Atlanta architecture studio with new duties extending to include executive strategy development and execution, as well as overall client relationship management.

A licensed architect in the State of Georgia, Mr. Caudle holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, in addition to his abroad studies at Ecole d'Architecture de Paris de Lavillette.  Mr. Caudle is a member of the Knights of Columbus, provides pro-bono services to the National Historic Landmark Penn Center on St. Helena Island, South Carolina, and the not-for-profit Beaufort-Jasper-Hampton Comprehensive Health Services serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina.  Past and present volunteer and community commitments include:  former full-time employee for the youth and youth music ministry at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Beaufort, South Carolina, volunteer with the youth ministry programs at St. John Neumann and St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Churches in Gwinnett County and serves or has served on various Parish Councils, Liturgy Committees, Music Ministries and Building Committees.

Mr. Caudle is a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and enjoys spending time with his wife, Trish and their four children.
