Staci Donegan, a top-selling Associate Broker in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District and an active member of the Distinguished Sales Society, has been named the 2017 Top Producer by Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty. Donegan earned the top spot with $25 million in sales last year and the highest number of real estate transactions company-wide.

One of Savannah’s most accomplished real estate professionals, Donegan combines her knowledge of the Savannah area with her background in business and accounting to create an exceptional experience for her clients. She has been honored as a Top Producer at Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty for five consecutive years, earning acclaim as the #1 overall agent and the #1 residential agent, not only company-wide but for downtown Savannah's National Historic Landmark District.
 
In 2016 and 2017, Donegan was one of the Savannah area’s top 10 real estate agents for residential transactions. A longtime resident of downtown Savannah, she is known for her in-depth market knowledge, uncompromising integrity and strong negotiation skills.

A former financial and business consultant, Donegan brings a business-oriented approach to real estate. Earlier in her career, she worked in accounting, finance and account management at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta and served as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit department at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She also worked as a controller for the Savannah College of Art and Design and served as chief of staff in the college’s Office of the President. Donegan attended Clemson University and the University of Delaware and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
 
Donegan currently serves on the budget committee for Savannah Area REALTORS® (formerly SABOR) and on the board of directors for the Savannah Multi-list Corporation. She has previously held positions on the board of directors for the Downtown Neighborhood Association as well as the Savannah Film Commission.
 
Active in the community, Donegan is the treasurer of the Downtown Garden Club of Savannah and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Savannah. She is also a member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, the Telfair Museum of Art Directors’ Circle, the Savannah Philharmonic Composers’ Circle and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.
