General Development Plan for Savannah’s Starland Village Approved

The Starland Village development cleared a hurdle on Tuesday as the Metropolitan Planning Commission voted 9-1 to approve the general development plan for Foram Group’s $40 million mixed-use development located in the Thomas Square Streetcar Historic District.
