Two Queensborough National Bank & Trust employees have become Certified Financial Education Instructors. Henry Leverett and Tina Browning, both administers of the At Work Banking & Financial Literacy Program for Queensborough, earned their certification and are now among the most highly-qualified personal finance educators, with the ability to teach essential money management concepts effectively to people of all ages.

Leverett has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and serves the Augusta and rural markets. Browning has more than 12 years of experience in the financial industry and serves Queensborough’s Savannah market.

“This is a unique certification in the financial industry and helps highlight our expertise as financial literacy advisors in our communities,” said Dagan Sharpe, Director of Wealth Management and Senior Vice President at Queensborough.

The CFEI coursework was designed by the National Financial Educators Council, the only organization, to date, to clearly define the knowledge, performance, expectations, and skill sets in which financial educators should demonstrate competency.
