Warner Peacock, President and CEO of Peacock Automotive, Joins Automobile Dealers Association Board of Directors

Warner Peacock, president and CEO of Peacock Automotive has been appointed to the board of directors for the South Carolina Automobile Dealers Association.

The organization has about 250 members who account for more than 90 percent of new vehicles sold in the state. The association works on behalf of its members on public policy, regulatory issues and economic developments that impact the automotive industry.

“SCADA is one of the most respected trade associations in the state, and I am honored to become a member of its board,” said Peacock, president and CEO of Peacock Automotive. “Being part of a larger voice that forges meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships between South Carolina’s auto dealers and our local, state and federal representatives reinforces our mission at Peacock Automotive to create positive experiences for and lasting relationships with our customers.”

SCADA was formed in 1937 to represent independently owned automobile and truck dealerships. It offers title services, business forms, information industry publications, educational forums and a fully licensed insurance agency. The majority of its members are family-owned businesses that have been serving customers in local communities for generations.
