HOS Management, a second-generation company headquartered in Georgia, announced that The Cotton Sail Hotel will join Tapestry Collection by Hilton, one of Hilton’s 14 market-leading brands, as the newest addition to its expanding portfolio of distinctive, upscale properties. The Cotton Sail will also be the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Georgia.

The Cotton Sail Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is located in the heart of downtown Savannah’s National Landmark Historic District. The riverfront hotel, opened in 2014, is designed to blend traditional Savannah charm with upscale modern amenities. Housed within a refurbished late-1800’s cotton warehouse, the 56-guestroom hotel offers the River House Restaurant and Top Deck—with a rooftop bar overlooking the historic area below as well as the Savannah River.

Earlier this year, The Cotton Sail Hotel was inducted into Historic Hotels of America®. The inducted historic hotels represent independent hotels, brands, and collections from across the U.S. from 13 different states. In addition, the hotel was recognized by the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation for “Excellence in Rehabilitation” and by the Historic Savannah Foundation with a Preservation Award for excellence in historic preservation.
