Lowe’s of Savannah Donating Materials, Time and Talent for Improvements to Senior Citizens, Inc. Building

Lowe’s of Savannah has chosen Senior Citizens, Inc. as a Community Partners Grant recipient. The grant of up to $2,500 will be used to purchase materials for renovations in SCI’s historic building on Bull Street. In addition, 15 Lowe’s Heroes employee volunteers from Lowe’s on Abercorn will donate their time and skill to make the improvements.
Lowe’s Store Manager Michael Pitchford said, “We are members of the community. When we have a chance to partner with organizations like SCI, we want to help. We all want to make Savannah a place where we all can be supported with resources like SCI.”
