Kole Management Company and Choate Construction hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Skylark Apartments on Tuesday, August 13 at the future site of the apartments at 701 Montgomery Street in Savannah. Scheduled to be completed in Fall 2020, the boutique community will feature 62 homes including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Open floor plans will make for spacious downtown living.

Skylark Apartments will also be a pet-friendly community, and Coastal Pet Rescue was in attendance to celebrate the groundbreaking along with representatives from both host organizations, Lookin Good Properties, and city officials. Mayor Eddie DeLoach and Alderman Bill Durrence, 2nd District, gave remarks and participated in the groundbreaking ceremony.
