Small Business Assistance Corporation Announces New Board Members and Executive Officer

Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting local economic growth through access to capital, is pleased to announce new members to its Board of Directors as well as a new Executive Officer.

Rebecca Clarkson, partner at HunterMclean, was elected Chair of the SBAC Board of Directors. She has previously served on the SBAC Board of Directors and Executive Committee as Secretary. Rebecca is an attorney within the HunterMclean’s Real Estate Practice Group, focusing primarily on commercial finance and real estate litigation. Rebecca received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Georgia in 2008, and graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2011.

The SBAC also welcomed two new board members for 2020. These include Brendan Ferrara, Director of Training and Supported Employment at EmployAbility, and W. Clay Price, COO of Home of Integrity Construction Co., Inc.
