The Eichholz Law Firm is proud to announce its 2020 Higher Education Scholarship. From now through May 1, 2020, local high school students are encouraged to apply for the scholarship, which will award $1,500 to help pay for college to the student who submits the winning scholarship essay.

“At The Eichholz Law Firm, we are dedicated to giving back to our community. The purpose of our annual Higher Education Scholarship is to recognize a deserving high school senior who has demonstrated a similar commitment to making their community a better place,” said David Eichholz, Managing Partner of The Eichholz Law Firm.

At The Eichholz Law Firm, we value a well-rounded individual who is not only contributing to their community but also values higher education. We are looking for an applicant that is hard-working, self-motivated, devoted, ambitious, a great scholar, and who contributes to their community.

To be considered for this contest, scholarship applicants must meet the following requirements:

● Must have a minimum, unweighted GPA of 3.25

● Must submit a unique essay of at least 500 words and complete application in its entirety before the scholarship deadline, May 1, 2020

● Must be a high school student in the following Georgia counties: Chatham, Effingham, Bryan, Liberty

● Must be enrolling or accepted in an accredited community college or university in Georgia
