Outside of a busy work schedule, Shuman enjoys spending time and traveling with friends and family, including three children and one grandchild, as well as reading and enjoying the outdoors.

Commenting on the announcement, Hugh Hollar, Senior Vice President, Director of Homebuilder Finance Division, said, “We are very excited to have Lisa on our Colony Bank team in the Savannah market. Lisa and I have worked together over the past 17 years, and she is known as a high performer who delivers excellent customer service to her clients. Given our recent acquisition of the East Georgia Homebuilder Finance loan portfolio from Cadence Bank and Lisa’s hands-on experience and knowledge over the past 21 years, we will be able to continue serving the financing needs of our builder and developer clients in the growing Savannah market with a leading Georgia-based community bank.

Shuman attended Kennesaw State College with a focus in Accounting and Business and has attended numerous banking industry seminars and conferences. She has served as a member of the Home Builders Association Board since 2016, a member of the Home Builders Association of Savannah since 2001, a member of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce since 2015, and has previously served as a member of both the MBA of Savannah and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
