Cora Bett Thomas Realty recently announced the addition of Michelle Pence as a Realtor. In this role, she will assist both buyers and sellers, in the Greater Savannah area, carry out residential real estate transactions.

A native of East Tennessee and a graduate of East Tennessee State University and Milligan College, Pence launched into real estate about five years ago in East Tennessee where she received the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors Leadership Award. She says she is now proud to join an elite group of highly skilled professionals at Cora Bett Thomas Realty. Pence is multi-talented; she is a professional musician, a flute instructor, a former elementary school teacher, and an educator at heart.

Pence has a licensed therapy Yorkie that loves visiting the children’s hospitals, retirement and assisted living facilities. She says she feels so fortunate to reside in a city with beautiful coastal landscapes, rich history, well preserved architecture, a bustling historic district, and fantastic weather! In her free time she enjoys biking, running, and kayaking with her husband in The Landings.
