The Ford Plantation Hires Executive Chef Frank Chiasera

Frank Chiasera has been hired as the executive chef at The Ford Plantation. The award-winning, highly skilled senior executive chef will bring his 20+ years of experience and expertise to the members of one of the top private, luxury communities in the nation.
 
Chef Chiasera is known for blending 20 years of world-class corporate and private club setting experience with a constant commitment to education and mentorship. “When I accepted the executive chef position, I was highly aware of The Ford Plantation’s superb reputation,” he said. “I am looking forward to focusing on getting to know each and every member so I can provide them all with a first-rate dining experience.”
 
Chef Chiasera is also known for his decisive leadership with specific strengths in cooking, planning, performance, presentation, and quality improvement, and he is committed to creating memorable dining experiences for all members and guests.
 
Prior to accepting the position of executive chef at The Ford Plantation, Chiasera was executive chef at several award-winning private clubs throughout the Southeast, including the Peninsula Club in Charlotte, NC, Colleton River Plantation Club in Bluffton, SC, and Citrus Club in Orlando, FL.
 
Chef Chiasera earned an Associates in Occupational Studies/Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He has made several guest chef appearances in Atlanta, San Francisco, and DeWees Island. He is also an active member of the American Culinary Federation.
