Upper East River Provides New Innovative Automated System to Tour Homes for Sale Along the Savannah River

Staff Report From Savannah CEO

Upper East River, Savannah’s newest - and last - riverfront neighborhood on the East End of historic River Street, is providing potential homeowners with three different ways to view their new homes: virtually, with an agent (while social distancing), or even on your own. They have installed an innovative automated system that allows you to tour the model homes at your convenience. Given the pandemic and ongoing developments surrounding it, the sales team at Upper East River has the well-being of existing residents and potential buyers at the top of its priority list.

Take your own tour. Our automated system allows us to unlock the door from wherever we are, giving you time to take your own tour. If you have any questions, you can text, call, or video chat with a team member who will always be on standby for you. Before we let you in, we go over a few precautionary measures, to keep both yourself and other potential buyers safe.
Be guided by an agent who stands apart. To sense the passion our agents have for this place in person, we are offering showings with one of the members on our sales team. They will take you on a tour of the home, from an appropriate distance and without handshaking, to give you a more traditional home touring experience.

If you don’t feel comfortable leaving your home, but still want to view the homes at Upper East River, you can jump on a video chat with one of the agents. The sales team is excited to take you on your own personal online walk-through via FaceTime or Zoom video chat.

“We can’t wait until we can all walk along a bustling River Street once more, but until then, we hope to be a partner for you as you navigate these unusual times and, perhaps, discover your dream home in spite of them” says builder Patrick Malloy. “This certainly isn’t the way we imagined you’d first experience our beautiful community and homes, but we think it’s the ideal approach in our new normal!”
