Cabretta Capital Names Kevin Morelli Chief Operating Officer

Cabretta Capital is pleased to announce Kevin Morelli has been named chief operating officer for the financial firm specializing in structured tax credit equity funds and tax-advantaged investment strategies. In this role, Morelli helps drive the overall organizational vision and day-to-day operational strategy and execution for the firm.  

Prior to being named COO, Morelli served as Cabretta’s chief financial officer for three years during which time he systematically created advanced, data-driven processes to further streamline Cabretta’s programs and ultimately ensuring an elite level of service for clients.

A Savannah native, Morelli is a graduate of Benedictine Military High School and the University of Georgia where he graduated, summa cum laude, with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Real Estate. While at UGA, he also obtained a Masters in Accountancy. A Certified Public Accountant and CFA Charterholder, Morelli spent seven years in public accounting where he specialized in technical accounting consulting, business valuation, transaction advisory, and financial statement audits. During this time, he served multiple industries including, but not limited to, real estate, investment funds, private equity portfolio companies, investment advisors, manufacturing and distribution, and construction.
