Ryan Drusano joined Cushman & Wakefield | Gilbert & Ezelle as an Associate in October of 2020 and has over five years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.   He is a licensed real estate sales associate in Georgia, and works on all real estate asset classes, with particular focus on multi-family, investment sales and capital markets.  Previously, Ryan was a Credit Analyst at CWCapital in Washington DC where he underwrote and analyzed various commercial real estate asset class investments – including CMBS pools and CLOs for large institutional investors.  Prior to CWCapital, Ryan was an analyst at JLL Capital Markets (formerly HFF) where he underwrote debt and equity financing for multifamily properties primarily located in the Washington DC metro region.  

Ryan grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2016.  During his junior and senior years in Lexington, he worked in the property management and accounting departments for The Webb Companies, one of the largest commercial real estate development firms in central Kentucky.  Ryan and his wife recently relocated to her hometown of Savannah, GA.
