JESSICA MORGAN, Sales Associate - Jessica Morgan offers nine years of experience in residential and commercial development and recently joined Seabolt Real Estate as a Sales Associate. Morgan draws on her construction background and passion for restoring historic homes to provide local buyers and sellers with exceptional client-focused experience. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, Morgan worked as a licensed civil engineer with Pape-Dawson Engineers and Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc. in Texas, where she designed multi-phased residential and commercial developments and was integral to the success of numerous municipal and residential projects. Originally from Texas, Morgan earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University. Morgan currently resides in Savannah, Ga.

PAM PETERSON, Associate Broker – Award-winning real estate expert Pam Peterson has 11 years of real estate experience, including nine highly successful years as a sales leader in the Savannah, Ga. market. At Seabolt Real Estate, Peterson is focused on residential real estate transactions, assisting sellers with new listings and helping buyers discover the variety of housing options available in coastal Georgia. For the past four years, Peterson has been named the top residential real estate agent at an established Savannah firm. Originally from New Smyrna Beach, Fla., she earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a specialty in finance from Stetson University. A licensed real estate agent since 2010, Peterson currently lives in Savannah’s Ardsley Park neighborhood.

JOSEPH RYAN, Administrative Assistant - The former marketing manager for a luxury real estate agent, Joseph Ryan brings keen knowledge of the local market and superb attention to detail to his position as Administrative Assistant. In his new role, Ryan assists Seabolt Real Estate founder and Broker Elaine Seabolt and produces digital and print marketing items to showcase property listings. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, Ryan served as a freelance artist at Abshire Public Relations in Savannah, Ga. and worked as a fashion intern in New York City, where he managed accounts for major international brands, including Vera Wang and Forever21 and executed sample requests for noteworthy publications, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Vanity Fair. A Savannah native, Ryan earned a B.S. in Fashion Marketing from Georgia Southern University and currently lives in Thunderbolt, Ga.
