SelecSource Staffing Services, a Georgia grown talent-inspired employment agency, recently announced the promotion of their Vice President of Operations, Jay Rogers, to Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, he will manage the Sales and Operations for each of the four divisions across the company (including: Power & Cabling, Industrial, Professional and Technical Workforce divisions). Rogers will also oversee safety, talent acquisition and training in this new role.

Rogers is dedicated to the recruiting field. He has already accomplished so much for SelecSource in his first year, and has been a leader in the recruitment industry (working for several different staffing agencies) for more than two decades.

Rogers is known for optimizing structure and processes to increase productivity and fill rates. In his years before, and now at SelecSource, he has led and coordinated "next generation" digital recruiting technology assessments, pilots and introductions across their organization. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia Tech and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
