Thomas & Hutton New Hires in Savannah Office

Thomas & Hutton is pleased to announce the following new hire in its Savannah office. 

Alex Miduri joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Department as a Designer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. His prior experience includes two summers as a field engineer with Kokosing Construction and one summer as a project management intern with A&A Safety. Alex will perform numerous tasks including site layout, design, and detailing. He will also assist the team with plan production and scheduling for a wide variety of industrial projects. 

In his spare time, Alex enjoys hanging out with friends, golfing, going to the beach, or pool and exploring new restaurants in downtown Savannah. 

Dana Scheetz joined Thomas & Hutton’s Water Resources Department as a Designer. She received dual  bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Engineering and GIS from The University of Alabama. Her prior experience includes positions with Habitat for Humanity, Regeneration Field Institute, and Vulcan Materials Company. Dana will prepare construction drawings, conduct engineering calculations for storm drainage infrastructure and prepare permit applications associated with residential, commercial, and or municipal projects. 

In her spare time, Dana enjoys scuba diving, travelling, attending music festivals, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. 

Will Wallace joined Thomas & Hutton’s Civil Department as a Designer. He received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from University of Georgia. His prior experience includes two internships at EMC Engineering where he gained design and Auto Cad Civil 3D experience. Will also interned at McLendon Enterprises, LLC working under a project manager. Will’s responsibilities include preparing site development construction drawings, submitting permit applications, conducting various calculations related to site development, and assisting the project team with design and plan production for a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He is currently working on projects ranging from clearing and grading plans for multifamily developments to general development plans for developments like public boat marinas and medical offices.
