Veterans Council of Chatham County announces five public events with a kick off on Wednesday with the AAAA followed by the Vietnam Veterans Remembrance, the Veterans Day Parade On Thursday, the Veterans Gala at the Elks Lodge on Friday and the Armistice Day Celebration on Saturday. Veterans Council Chairman Joe Higgins is available for interviews at 912-414-8120.

5:30pm Emmitt Park Vietnam Veterans Remembrance (Habersham & Bay Intersection) 

Thursday November 11th 
10:00am Downtown Savannah 76th Annual Veterans Day Parade (Abercorn and Gwinnett) FYI - Review Stand with Dignitaries will be at Abercorn and Oglethorpe. 

Friday November 12th. 
6pm Savannah Elks Lodge Veterans Day Banquet (183 Wilshire Blvd.) 

Saturday November 13th 
10:30am Daffin Park WWI Armistice Day Remembrance (Waters and Victory Drive)
