Staci Donegan, an award-winning Associate Broker at Seabolt Real Estate in Savannah, Ga., recently closed two record residential real estate sales in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District.

On April 12, Donegan negotiated the closing of 20 West Gaston Street for $5,250,000, resulting in the highest residential sale for 2021 and 2022 in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District. Representing the buyers and sellers, Donegan also secured the second highest residential sale in the history of the National Historic Landmark District with this transaction. 

On April 14, Donegan closed on the Walker Mansion, located at 911 Whitaker Street, for $3,210,000, which stands apart as the highest residential sale on record for Savannah’s Victorian District. She represented the sellers in this transaction, negotiating a record deal on behalf of her clients.

The buyers of both properties are Florida residents and are part of a larger pandemic-related trend where out-of-state buyers are purchasing homes in the Hostess City.

“People are moving to Savannah from Florida, California, Boston, Chicago and New York in numbers like we have never seen,” said Donegan. “These new residents have fallen in love with our city and understand that Savannah is truly a special place to call home. Christie’s also featured the Walker Mansion in “Luxury Living: Renaissance Architecture,” placing the Savannah residence alongside global standouts in the Netherlands, Italy and France.
