All Live Oak Public Libraries locations in Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty Counties will be closed Thursday, September 29 through Sunday, October 2, 2022 due to potential severe weather conditions associated with Hurricane Ian. Libraries will plan to reopen on Monday, October 3, 2022.

Please keep materials until libraries reopen. Please do not use book drops as items may be damaged in bad weather. Overdue fines will be waived during the closure period. Due dates and holds will be extended until libraries reopen.
