Seabolt Real Estate Announces Sales, Representing Buyers and Sellers in Notable Transactions

Seabolt Real Estate recently closed on three significant sales, representing buyers and sellers in all transactions.
The closings are currently listed as the three top year-to-date residential transactions for 2023 in the Savannah Multi-List Source (MLS). Seabolt Real Estate’s landmark closings include:
26 E. Gaston Street, which sold for $4.75 million, marking the third highest residential sale price in Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District to date, according to Savannah MLS data. Staci Donegan served as the listing agent; Elaine Seabolt represented the buyer in the closing of this historic 1908 home overlooking Forsyth Park.
1514 Dublin Drive, which sold for $4.1025 million, marking the second highest residential sale in Richmond Hill, Ga. to date, according to Savannah MLS data. Kacey Howard and Danielle Hopper served as the listing agents as well as the buyer’s agents for this stunning home at Ford Field and River Club.
15 Island Drive, which sold for $3.5 million, marking the all-time highest residential sale price on Isle of Hope, Ga., according to Savannah MLS data. Ellie Titus represented both the seller and buyer for this exquisite 1880 waterfront property overlooking the Skidaway River.
