Seabolt Real Estate announced that two of its top agents have been named to the Christie’s International Real Estate 2023 Masters Circle. This invitational program recognizes elite, top-performing luxury real estate specialists within the Christie’s International Real Estate Affiliate network.
This year’s Seabolt Real Estate inductees include Associate Broker Staci Donegan and President of New Construction and Project Development Taavo Roos. Donegan and Roos were both recognized as Seabolt Real Estate Top Producers for 2022.
A four-time Christie’s Masters Circle member, Donegan was honored as the Seabolt Real Estate Agent of the Year in 2022, 2021 and 2020 and has been ranked by the Savannah Multi-list Corporation (MLS) as the #1 individual full-service residential agent for the Savannah MLS region, which includes Chatham, Bryan and Effingham County. Over the course of her career, Donegan has sold more than $353.5 million in real estate. For 2022, she earned the distinction of being the overall #1 residential agent in Chatham County and the overall #1 residential agent in downtown Savannah and has been recognized as the #5 real estate agent in Georgia on the RealTrends’ 2022 list of America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.
Roos is a new construction specialist who has sold more than $175 million in real estate over the course of his career and has earned respect as one of Savannah’s leading real estate professionals. He has been recognized by RealTrends as one of the top 1.5% of all real estate agents nationwide in sales volume and is an inaugural member of the Christie’s Masters Circle.
“We’re thrilled that Staci and Taavo have received this top honor from Christie’s International Real Estate,” said Elaine Seabolt, owner and broker-in-charge at Seabolt Real Estate. “They both share a powerful commitment to their clients and bring a highly strategic, business-based approach to real estate.”
