Warby Parker – a leading direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand focused on vision for all – recently opened a new retail store at 226 W. Broughton St., a property owned by Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) in the heart of downtown Savannah, Ga. A grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m.

The new Warby Parker location, which is conveniently located on Broughton Street between Barnard Street and Jefferson Street, is the company’s first retail store in Savannah and ninth location in Georgia. The company’s new Broughton Street location is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

Judge Realty founder and CEO Lori Judge leased the commercial property. “We’re delighted to welcome Warby Parker to Savannah,” Judge said. “The new Warby Parker location is an ideal addition to the fantastic blend of retailers that define Broughton Street.”

The new Warby Parker store will make it easier for Savannah customers to access all their eye care needs. The location offers in-store eye exams and carries Warby Parker’s full assortment of optical and sun eyewear offerings, including the recent Spring 2024 Collections, Scout by Warby Parker daily contact lenses, third-party contacts and more.

Warby Parker was founded in 2010 with a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose and style – without charging a premium for it. Headquartered in New York City, the co-founder-led lifestyle brand pioneers ideas, designs products, and develops technologies that help people see, from designer-quality prescription glasses (starting at $95) and contacts, to eye exams and vision tests available online and in more than 240 retail stores across the U.S. and Canada.

Warby Parker aims to demonstrate that businesses can scale, do well and do good in the world. Ultimately, the brand believes in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses sold, they distribute a pair to someone in need through their Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. To date, Warby Parker has worked alongside its nonprofit partners to distribute more than 15 million glasses to people in need.
