Arya Hospitality, a local development company, in partnership with firms Centerpointe Construction, OM Design Solutions, Stability Engineering, TLC Engineering Solutions, and Maupin Engineering, announced the groundbreaking of a dual-brand Marriott hotel at 187 Magellan Blvd, Port Wentworth, Georgia. The hotel is strategically located along the I-95/Hwy 21 corridor and will serve as an entryway to the soon-to-open Anchor Park.

The 146-room hotel will feature 88 extended-stay suites in TownePlace Suites and 58 studio suites in SpringHill Suites. The property will be the newest and largest Marriott hotel outside of downtown Savannah, enhancing the region’s hospitality offerings and supporting its continued growth.

The hotel is expected to create construction and long-term hospitality jobs while attracting visitors who will support local businesses and contribute to the area’s economy.

Arya Hospitality’s other Savannah-area developments include the Fairfield by Marriott Savannah North, Tru by Hilton Savannah Airport, Candlewood Suites Savannah Airport, and the Holiday Inn in Savannah’s Historic District.

The hotel is anticipated to open in mid-2027.
