Briggs & Stratton Expansion to Bring More Than 50 Jobs to Statesboro

The Georgia Department of Economic Development announced that Briggs & Stratton, the largest producer of gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment, will create more than 50 jobs and invest $18 million in the expansion of its existing manufacturing facility in Bulloch County.

Development Team Acquires 57-Acre Site Adjacent to Famed Historic District in Downtown Savannah

On September 22 Savannah River Landing Land JV, LLC purchased the 57-acre site located on East President Street in Savannah, Georgia currently known as Savannah River Landing. The acquisition price was $30,125,000. The joint venture comprised of Mariner Group and Regent Partners has been pursuing this deal since November of 2012.
