Continuing their mission to build modern conveniences and provide upscale elegant living along the Savannah River, Upper East River officially cut the ribbon and welcomed Savannah and the world to their new J.J. Corry Warehouse Conversion Homes on Wednesday, November 18th.

Mayor Van Johnson joined developer Patrick Malloy, for the ceremonial Ribbon Cutting of the edgy, 4-level homes along the Savannah River. Following the ribbon cutting, Patrick Malloy gave remarks about the neighborhood and welcomed attendees inside to tour and celebrate with he and his team. Earlier in the day, area real estate agents were invited in for an early sneak-peek of the new, unique warehouse conversion homes and to enjoy lunch with the developer. 

To add to the Irish flair of the event, local band, “Seldom Sober” provided traditional folk tunes throughout the day and into the evening. Mr. Malloy also surprised each group, offering an all-expenses paid, 5-night trip to Ireland for four, including a tour of the J. J. Corry whiskey distillery, golf, private driver, and first-class, round trip tickets to anyone and the SAME to their real estate agent for anyone who purchases one of the warehouse conversion homes by the end of November.
