World Trade Center Savannah Announces Prosperity Through Trade Luncheon

World Trade Center Savannah (WTCSav) will host its fourth annual Prosperity Through Trade Luncheon Wednesday, May 3, 11:30 a.m. at the Savannah Convention Center, 1 International Drive. The keynote speaker will be former 1st Chief Market Intelligence Officer for the U.S. government and economic futurist, Andrew Busch.
Busch has an extensive background working for the U.S. government, providing economic and market briefings to the White House, U.S. House, U.S. Senate, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Reserve Board and the U.S Treasury Staff. He was also the CEO of Bering Productions, Inc, the Global Currency and Public Policy Strategist for the Bank of Montreal, and the author of the book called “World Event Trading”.
World Trade Center Savannah will present the World Trade Center Savannah International Business of the Year Award, sponsored by Georgia Southern University, to a regional company demonstrating excellence in international trade. This award encourages and recognizes exemplary corporate leadership for international business or trade that advances relations between the U.S. and other nations as well as creates quality jobs in the region. The nomination is open to companies of all sizes located in Southeast Georgia engaging in international trade.
This event will serve to highlight global economic development in the region and to showcase the activities of WTCSav and the successes of its 15 economic development authority partners in the Southeast Georgia region.
