On a day filled with inspiring connections and recognition, Cecilia Russo Marketing, an award-winning full-service marketing and public relations firm based in Savannah, Ga., celebrated its 15th anniversary by honoring the three recipients of its Entrepreneur Grants with a special ceremony at the Georgia State Capitol. The event featured not only Governor Brian Kemp and First Lady Marty Kemp but also a productive meeting with Speaker of the House Jon Burns and Representative Scott Hilton, Executive Director of the Georgia's First Commission, followed by a delicious lunch with Georgia State Representative Jesse Petrea.
To commemorate 15 years of empowering businesses throughout the region, Cecilia Russo Marketing awarded a total of $15,000 to three deserving Georgia small businesses, chosen from over 630 applications from across the state. Each recipient exemplifies the dynamic spirit of Georgia's entrepreneurial landscape, possessing a unique and impactful vision.
"We were inspired by the incredible talent and passion showcased in every application," says Cecilia Russo Turner, founder and CEO of Cecilia Russo Marketing. “Governor and First Lady Kemp's involvement in highlighting these inspiring stories, coupled with the opportunity to meet with Speaker Burns, Rep. Petrea, and Rep. Hilton, further underscores the state's commitment to fostering a thriving small business ecosystem.”
