The American Traditions Vocal Collection is pleased to announce Diana Graham as the ATC Board Chair for 2024-2026 and to welcome Lillian Proveaux Breitbart and Amy Bodek to the nonprofit organization’s Board of Directors. The American Traditions Vocal Collection Board of Directors is dedicated to the celebration and preservation of all styles of classic American music. The ATC focuses their efforts through the presentation of their annual, international vocal competition, community outreach initiatives, including their high school vocal program - the Junior ATC - and local partnerships.

“We are so excited that Diana Graham will serve as the Chair of our Board of Directors and are thrilled to welcome Lillian Proveaux Breitbart and Amy Bodek as new board members,” said American Traditions Vocal Competition Executive Director Mikki Sodergren. “The American Traditions Vocal Collection Board of Directors shares our enthusiasm for incredible musical performances, and fostering the next generation of musicians, and music lovers, alike.”

An accomplished business owner and a unique mind which lives at the crosspoint of technology, marketing and conceptual thought, Diana Graham is enjoying life as a recent retiree in Savannah. Starting as a top sales performer at RJR Nabisco, she then transitioned into the high-tech sector, excelling in sales and management positions. In 2015, Diana founded and grew her own IT services business, NexHire, a woman-owned company that boasted Fortune 500 clients across the eastern United States.

In 2020, Diana sold NexHire and dedicated more of her time to several charitable endeavors, including her passion for the American Traditions Vocal Collection. Graham succeeds Dan Rizzo and Tricia Guggenheim as Co-Chairs of the American Traditions Vocal Collection Board of Directors.

Originally from Rochester NY, Graham and her husband Steven moved to Savannah in 2010. As a member of the American Traditions Vocal Collection Board of Directors since 2022, Graham has been active in the development and event planning initiatives. Her charitable support spans organizations in both Savannah and Rochester, focusing on music, cancer research (University of Rochester Medical Center, Mayo Clinic) and children’s development at hospitals in these and other locations.

“My career in sales, management and development coupled with my love for music and competition makes the American Traditions Vocal Collection board a great match for me. I am looking forward to growing this organization’s reach.” Said Graham. “I grew up with the American Songbook on our piano and love the music, so we have supported the ATC since 2015, from sponsoring contestants and events, to housing artists and volunteering at Junior ATC functions. People who attend the ATC events cannot believe the level of talent because there is really nothing like the ATC anywhere in the world. I cannot wait to share this experience with everyone!”
