The Savannah Downtown Business Association will host its monthly networking event sponsored by SCAD on Wednesday, July 10 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at The Morris Center (10 E. Broad St. Savannah, GA 31404). 

This month’s speaker is Kristin Poitras, Director of Museum Programming and Operations for the SCAD Museum of Art. In addition to providing an overview of programming offered by SCAD Museum of Art, Poitras will also share information about activities, resources and events offered by SCAD that are open to the local Savannah community. 

There will also be an opportunity to meet Melanie Brustad, SCAD alum and artist behind the Summer in Savannah design for the latest aluminum Savannah To-Go Cup.

Participants can network with fellow professionals and artists and are provided insights into the local art scene, promoting cultural awareness and appreciation for the community.
