Emily McCarthy recently donated over 1000 pieces of new clothing to clients that are currently being served by the local non-profit organization Union Mission.

The donation was able to assist the women and children of various programs including Parker’s House for Women, the Don and Kay Kole Magdalene House, Barnes Center, and Dutchtown.

“Our brand mission to bring confidence and joy to all women in our community came to life working with Union Mission and Parker’s House,” said CEO and Creative Director Emily McCarthy. “Knowing that we could play even a small part in changing the outcome of their day, week or current life journey is just as much a delight to our team as it was seeing the smiles on all their faces. We are cheering for each and every resident as they head out into the world in a positive light to make a difference.”

Emily McCarthy and Union Mission cohosted an event at Parker’s House for Women where clients were able to select clothing at no cost. Emily and her team attended the event and assisted with selecting and styling pieces.

“We are beyond grateful for Emily McCarthy’s donation of clothing and accessories for our clients,” said Union Mission President and CEO Michael Traynor.  “The contribution enhances the opportunity to bring our clients the dignity, hope and compassion they deserve along with the needed esteem to reintegrate and excel into our community.  We look forward to growing our partnership with such a wonderful brand in the future.”
