CWC Expands Southeast Presence with Historic Mason Inc. Acquisition

Carithers-Wallace-Courtenay Holdings, Inc., a MillerKnoll Certified Dealer, 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company and trusted name in office furniture solutions since 1929, today announced the historic acquisition of Mason Inc., a leading provider of top-tier office solutions in Southeast Georgia and coastal South Carolina since 1892. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. Upon completion of the acquisition, Mason Inc. will become Mason’s, a CWC Company, and its employees will join the CWC family as employee-owners, further strengthening CWC's commitment to a culture of shared ownership and success. Joe Conners will remain as President of Mason’s, a CWC Company.
