Georgia Tech-Savannah Announces Spring Break Program for Students

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Tuesday, March 4th, 2025

Georgia Tech-Savannah announces its spring break program for students who are in first through fifth grade, ‘STEAMbreak,’ slated for the week of March 31- April 4, 2025. During this week, every day of the program is devoted to a different letter of STEAM. Students will explore each of the selected words with hands-on immersive activities. Students can participate for one day or all five as each day is different. Programs begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. each day and take place at the Georgia-Tech campus located at 210 Technology Circle, Savannah, GA 31407.

The CEISMC STEAMbreak program is for students who are interested in discovering and learning more about science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Each day will focus on a different area of STEAM. Students will use hands-on activities to explore the many different avenues of each area. It is a drop-in program, so projects are started and finished in the same day and students can attend as many or as few days as they would like without missing important information.

"We're thrilled to present this flexible opportunity alongside our exceptional programs available year-round, as well as our established summer initiatives," stated Tim Cone, Senior Program Director at CEISMC. "Every day of STEAMbreak is carefully crafted to spark and enhance participants' enthusiasm for STEAM."

The program costs $75 per day. Registration is open now on the CEISMC Savannah website. To register, please visit https://savannah.ceismc.gatech.edu/
