Startup Savannah to Host GRIT Pitch! Competition

For Small Business Week 2025, Startup Savannah is hosting GRIT pitch! Fifteen local businesses made it to the final cut to compete in this pitch competition for a total of $5000 in cash prizes.
GRIT pitch! will take place on May 8 at the Clyde Venue. Doors for the event will open at 6:00PM, and the pitch competition will kick off at 7:00PM.
The competition will be judged by an all-star panel of Savannah business leaders: Bert Brantley, CEO of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce; Jesse Dillon, COO of the Savannah Economic Development Authority; Radford “Rad” Harrell, Startup Catalyst with ATDC and CEO of TalentSoup; Bates Lovett, City Attorney of the City of Savannah and Partner with Pierson Ferdinand; and Judge Tammy Stokes, Judge of the Chatham County Superior Court. The pitch competition is sponsored by the Savannah Economic Development Authority.
