The Matthew Reardon Center for Autism (MRCA) is proud to announce the appointment of Shenequa Gresham as its interim President and CEO.
Gresham brings more than two decades of experience in developmental disabilities, behavioral health, and nonprofit leadership. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Developmental Disability Operations at EmployAbility.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from Savannah State University and a Master’s degree in Education from Argosy University. Her career includes service as an Early Intervention Specialist with the Georgia Department of Public Health, Planning List Administrator Supervisor with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), and Program Supervisor at Justice Works Behavioral Care.
Shenequa's connection to MRCA spans nearly two decades. Earlier in her career, she served as a Behavior Therapist at the school, giving her a deep understanding of MRCA’s mission, values, and impact on the Savannah community.
In addition to her professional leadership, Gresham is actively engaged in civic and community service. She serves on the advisory board of Life, Inc. and is a member of the City of Savannah’s Savannahbility Task Force, where she advocates for accessibility and inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Most recently, she was honored with DBHDD’s Flame of Hope Award, which recognizes individuals who exemplify the heart, mission, and vision of the department by “fanning the flames of hope” for those they serve.
“We are thrilled that Shenequa has come on board at Matthew Reardon. Shenequa has a stellar reputation throughout our area. Her experience, knowledge, and dedication to Savannah’s people with disabilities are incredible assets to the students of MRCA,” says MRCA Board President, Madigan Critell.
