RISE to Share Regional Wage & Benefits Survey Insights with Chamber Members on March 10th
Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026
Business and workforce leaders are invited to attend the first quarter Industry Council meeting on March 10, where RISE (Regional Industry Support Enterprise) will present findings from the 2025 RISE Wage and Benefits Survey.
Held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Georgia Tech–Savannah, the session will provide valuable insights into how local industrial employers are navigating today’s competitive labor market. Attendees will gain a regional perspective on wage trends, incentives, health plans, shift differentials, and evolving benefit strategies shaping workforce recruitment and retention across the RISE footprint. All members are encouraged to attend.
The presentation will highlight key regional themes and year-over-year changes based on employer-submitted data. While a regional summary will be shared during the meeting, full detailed results will be distributed exclusively to participating employers.
This session is designed for human resources professionals, operations leaders, finance executives, workforce planners, and industrial business professionals seeking data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making.
We encourage members to share this invitation with appropriate leaders within their organization who are involved in workforce planning and team member benefits strategy.
