UGA SBDC Business Summit Coming to Savannah May 5th for Small Business Week

As part of Savannah Small Business Week, the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (UGA SBDC) in Savannah will host the UGA SBDC Business Summit on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Savannah Convention Center.

The summit will welcome business owners, professionals, and community leaders from across the region for a full day of learning, networking, and collaboration. This year’s theme, Success Starts Here: Inspiring Growth, Driving Change,” highlights the continued growth of Savannah’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and the region’s expanding influence as a hub for small business innovation.

The program will feature keynote sessions and interactive breakout discussions covering leadership development, people management, access to capital, and modern marketing strategies in today’s evolving business environment.

In addition to educational programming, attendees will have opportunities to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, advisors, and resource partners who support small business growth throughout the Coastal Empire.

The summit runs from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and is open to the public. Registration is now open.
