Parker’s Kitchen — an award-winning convenience store and food service company — held its 14th Annual Fueling the Community Charity Golf Tournament at The Landings in Savannah, Ga. on October 19th, raising a record $617,000 to support local schools in communities the company serves across Georgia and South Carolina.
Parker’s Kitchen exceeded its 2026 tournament goal of raising $550,000 to support education and eclipsed last year’s record fundraising total of $530,000. Nearly 300 golfers teed off on the Magnolia and Marshwood championship courses at The Landings for the sold-out scramble-format tournament
“I can’t think of a better way to celebrate our company’s 50th anniversary than to raise a record total at this year’s Fueling the Community Golf Tournament to support schools and to make a transformative impact in the communities we serve,” said Parker’s Kitchen founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker. “At Parker’s Kitchen, we know that education uplifts communities and prepares students for future success, which is why education serves as the foundation of our charitable giving.”
Since Parker’s Kitchen’s Fueling the Community charitable initiative was founded in 2011, the company has donated a portion of gas sold at all Parker’s and Parker’s Kitchen locations on the first Wednesday of each month to area schools. Including the proceeds from the 2026 golf tournament, Parker’s Kitchen has raised more than $4 million to support education through the Fueling the Community program.
In addition to golf, the Fueling the Community Charity Golf Tournament featured live music, raffle drawings and an awards ceremony. The Riverside Refreshments team earned the 2026 Parker’s Kitchen Fueling the Community Golf Tournament trophy with an impressive 15 under par final score. The Pepsi Co. team claimed second place honors, and the Imperial Brady team took home third place honors.
Ryan Wilson with JW Wilson Electric won the Closest to the Pin Award for the Magnolia course, while Trevor McGee with McGee Corporation earned the Closest to the Pin Award for the Marshwood course. Tyler Wilson with JW Wilson Electric won the Longest Drive Award on the Magnolia course, while Austin Jaynes with CBI General Contractors won the Longest Drive Award on the Marshwood course.
Known for its longstanding commitment to charitable giving, Parker’s Kitchen is one of the most generous companies in the convenience store industry and in the Southeast. Over the years, the company has donated more than $30 million, making a transformative impact in key areas, including supporting education, expanding access to healthcare, fighting childhood hunger and helping local veterans.
Parker’s Kitchen also endowed the Parker’s Emergency and Trauma Center at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Ga. and made a record $5 million donation to name the Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University, supporting the next generation of business leaders in Georgia. The Parker’s Community Fund, which was created in 2021 by a major donation from Parker’s Kitchen founder and CEO Greg Parker, also provided critical funding for Union Mission to open the Parker House for Women in Savannah, Ga., the region’s first facility for women experiencing homelessness.
Founded in 1976, Parker’s Kitchen stands apart as one of America’s most respected convenience store brands.
