Thomas & Hutton Names 11 New Shareholders

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities, named 11 new Shareholders, recognizing their leadership, client relationships, and their contributions and investment in the future of the firm.
New Shareholders for 2026 include Candice Ashley, SHRM-SCP; Mark DeSouza, PE; Jason Hutchinson; William Lamb, PE; Katie McCoy, PE; Chris Nichols, PLS, GISP; Reed Parker, PE; Trevor Peters; Brad Rife; Jake Storey, PE; and Andy White, PE.
The group brings leadership from multiple areas of expertise, including civil engineering, environmental, water resources, transportation, GIS, graphics, and human resources.
Candice Ashley, SHRM-SCP, Human Resources Director, brings 20 years of experience at T&H supporting the people, programs, and culture that connect employees across the company.
Mark DeSouza, PE, Civil Department Manager, brings more than 20 years of civil engineering experience supporting residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal development projects, combined with leadership experience as an Army Reserve Engineer Officer.Jason Hutchinson, Civil Project Manager, has more than 20 years of experience in residential and mixed-use land development projects, including site development, utilities, roadway improvements, intersections, and multimodal facilities.
William Lamb, PE, Water Resources Group Leader, brings more than 20 years of experience in water resources, stormwater management, floodplain management, environmental permitting, watershed planning, and stream and wetland restoration.
Katie McCoy, PE, Environmental Project Manager, brings more than 10 years of experience supporting municipal and private sector clients with environmental engineering, permitting, compliance, and infrastructure projects.
Chris Nichols, PLS, GISP brings more than 30 years of geospatial experience. As General Manager of Latapult, he leads T&H’s GIS-based land intelligence platform, which helps clients evaluate sites and make informed land decisions.
Reed Parker, PE, Civil Project Manager, brings more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and utility design and manages site development, transportation, stormwater, and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
Trevor Peters, Regional Director and Civil Group Leader, brings more than 20 years of civil design and project management experience in land development, infrastructure, and civil engineering for multi-family residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Brad Rife, Graphics Project Manager, brings more than 25 years of experience connecting design, graphics, and technology to enhance visual communication. He helped establish T&H’s Graphics Department and supports teams with visualization, drone services, mapping, and project coordination.
Jake Storey, PE, Civil Project Manager, brings nearly 10 years of experience in land development, infrastructure, and civil engineering for multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and urban redevelopment projects.
Andy White, PE, Civil Department Manager, brings 18 years of experience leading a variety of civil/site development and infrastructure projects.
