The YMCA of Coastal Georgia held its 163rd Annual Meeting and launched the 2018 Annual Campaign, I am the Y, on Wednesday, April 4th, at the Andaz Hotel in Historic Downtown Savannah, Georgia. Georgia Power, Employees & Foundation Invest $21M to Improve Georgia Communities in 2017

Georgia Power released its total charitable giving impact for 2017, including more than $21 million total invested by the company, The Georgia Power Foundation, Inc. and employees in Georgia communities and non-profit organizations throughout the year. Last year alone, 6,000 Georgia Power employees and retirees donated their time to help their neighbors and improve the quality of life in their communities by completing more than 147,000 volunteer hours.

General Assembly Adjourns After Delivering Historic Victories for Georgia Families

Savannah Student's Campaign Raises Over $152,000 in Seven Weeks for the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Georgia Port's Mason Mega Rail Terminal Breaks Ground

The Georgia Ports Authority broke ground on its $126.7 million Mason Mega Rail Terminal Monday. The expansion will increase the Port of Savannah's rail lift capacity to 1 million containers per year, and open new markets spanning an arc of cities from Memphis to St. Louis, Chicago to Cincinnati.
