At its November meeting, the Federal Open Market Committee reduced the target for its benchmark interest rate, the federal funds rate, by a quarter percentage point—to a range of 4-1/2 to 4-3/4 percent. American Red Cross Receives $1M Donation from Atlanta Gas Light Foundation
