Georgia Teen Drivers Raise Insurance Premiums 94%

It’s more expensive in Georgia than most states to insure teen drivers, according to a new report from InsuranceQuotes.com.

In Georgia, a married couple’s car insurance premium will go up by an average of 94 percent after adding a teen driver -- the 18th-largest increase in the country and higher than the national average of 84 percent.
