Georgia Power: 219,000 Still in Dark, Power Restored to 233,000

Georgia Power said early Thursday the utility is working to restore power to 216,000 Georgians who are still in the dark due to the winter storm that slammed the Southeast.
Power has already been restored to 233,000, while 129,000 Georgia EMC customers were without power.
