Trace Staffing Solutions Names Karen Payne as Administrative Department Manager & Recruiter

Trace Staffing Solutions, a full-service staffing agency offering strategic temporary and full-time solutions for employers throughout coastal Georgia, recently named Karen Payne as the department manager and recruiter for the administrative division. 

In her position, Payne is responsible for managing the administrative division and its staff, while overseeing the recruitment of quality professionals in a wide-range of fields including legal, accounting, banking, finance, human resources and general administrative support for placement with firms and businesses throughout the southeastern United States.  

Over the past 10 years, she was honored as The National Recruiter of the Year and has consistently been honored as one of the “Top 5” recruiters across the nation by Snelling Staffing.  Prior to her career with Snelling, she served as the former director of human resources at Cardinal Health and the director of human resources and director of community relations at Gulfstream Aerospace.

Originally from Albany, Ga., Payne earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Auburn University. She is an active member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church and past board member of the following organizations: Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Sports Council, Girl Scouts Council of Savannah, Junior League of Savannah, Mediation Center and the Royce Learning Center. She is also a graduate of Leadership Savannah.
